Per-Call Service


Problem solving for customers in the event customers have not purchased a warranty.

  1. The customer can contact us from 8.00-17.00 hrs., Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday and the company’s holidays)
  2. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time, although we shall be as prompt as possible.
  3. The customer can us at 0 2685 9333 or Sales Department at 0 2685 9424
  4. We do not reserve spare part for this service.  Customers requiring spare parts shall be charged rental free per day (including holidays).
  5. In the case of repair, we will prepare a quotation and the equipment shall later be sent for repair at an off-site facility, which usually takes about 45-60 days.
  6. The contractor shall warrant the equipment repaired for 90 days after delivery. The customer shall arrange own delivery and collection.

Equipment rental service as follows:

  1. Customers can contact us 8.00-17.00, Monday to Friday (Except Saturday, Sunday and company holidays).
  2. Rental equipment is not covered under warranty

  4. Rental period is a minimum of 15 days including holiday.
  5. If the rental period does not include 15 days, we will charge 5% of the rental rate calculated from the remaining rental period.
  6. Should the rental period exceed 15 days a rental fee shall be charged on a daily basis.

Service includes

  1. Customers can contact with us since 8.00-17.00, Monday to Friday (Except Saturday, Sunday and company holidays).
  2. Please contact us and advise us as to what the specific problem is with the equipment. We shall then endeavor to solve your problem over the telephone.
  3. A service fee will be charged for fault finding.
  4. We reserve the right to provide service for equipment under certain category.  This is due to the availability of equipments and test instruments.

  5. If the equipment is in need of repair we will quote on the repair. Such faulty equipment will be sent for repairing at an off-site facility. Typical repair time can be 45-60 days.
  6. We will offer a for 90 days guarantee from the delivery date. Customers are required to deliver the hardware for repair.
  7. In the event the equipment can be repaired by us we will guarantee it for 30 days from repair date.
